This site should work for everyone, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard on its own, or a phone at a large text size.
What has been done
- Every photograph carries a text description.
- The page works with the keyboard alone. You can reach the listings, the room pictures and every link by tabbing, and close anything that opens with the Escape key.
- Text sits at a contrast level meant to meet WCAG 2.1 AA against the background behind it.
- Text reflows and stays readable when a phone or browser is set to a larger size.
- The walkthrough video has no spoken words and no sound, so nothing is missed by watching it silently. It can be paused with its own controls.
- Motion on the page respects the reduce motion setting on your device.
- Headings are in order so a screen reader can move through the page by section.
Where it may fall short
The rotating picture cards are a visual arrangement. Every one of those pictures can also be reached by keyboard, and the room names underneath work as ordinary buttons. The video is a moving walkthrough and there is no spoken description of it. Anyone who would like a room described can call and it will be described over the phone.

How this was built
This site aims at WCAG 2.1 Level AA. It is reviewed by hand rather than by an overlay widget, because overlays often make things worse for the people they claim to help.
